How to Seed a Peeled Tomato
Some recipes require that you remove the gel and seeds of a tomato. To do so is easy.
Directions
First, set a strainer over a deep bowl. Cut the tomatoes in half through their equators, not their poles, as this will open up all the seed pockets.
Hold a half tomato, cut side down, in your dominant hand and squeeze the seeds and gel into the strainer.
When all the tomatoes have been seeded, stir the contents of the strainer, discard the seeds and use the juice in your dish or simply drink it—it's delicious.
